Essence. The before-and-after question: what becomes possible, what stops, what shifts in the world, the group, capability, or perception as a result of the event.
What counts. Each concrete change as a discrete claim. Separate changes stated as commitments or expected outcomes from changes raised as hopes, risks, or possibilities (anything hedged with may or might).
The seam. A change is the claimed effect; the signal that it occurred is Proof & Realness, which stays out of here. A change is objective and external; the felt sense of it happening is Becoming Real. The people changed are the audience from Who Cares; the change to them lives here.
Across the timeline. Early changes are modest and internal: a first public presence, an unblocking of hesitancy, the aspiration that the world starts to take the project seriously. By the far end they are structural and civilisational: a society-wide mood shift from doom and gloom toward don't panic and we can build something now, a new currency in which contributed time and reputation buy access to intelligence instead of money, compute itself given a home and relationships, and the governance weight of success landing on the project. Read magnitude relative to position and make the escalation legible.
Two slots: Stated changes. / Hedged or possible.
