What changes

Stated changes. "It's got financially serious," and "the finance is probably the biggest" change. "There should be some money in the bank account," the Improbable Lottery launches, and the project does "a disclosure to the community on all the happenings." Dynamic equity "all gets locked in," moving "from fluid to solid" and "reliable," under "a new system for the next year" with changed rules ("burn night"). It is framed as "a validating change" and "a trust building change," the way the group "follows through on our promises."

Hedged or possible. "The assumption is that that is when ip happens, right, if all things go according to plan"; the lottery going "really global in every jurisdiction" is "an ambitious stretch goal," with only the UK confirmed ("we can definitely do it in the uk"). "The perception could change," "another moment of wait, these guys are actually serious," likened to "a devcon moment."
