What changes
Stated changes. "The experiment has started." Most concretely: "I can bloody do my work." Today "it takes me a week to do my paperwork afterwards"; with Hitchhiker TV that records, transcribes and "dump[s] it up there" automatically, "I can do lots of these and it'll be fun and I can get other people involved." Teams of "more than four five six people" stay motivated because "they've got a slice of what we're doing." And "we start getting real data and real information," so "the doors are more open now because we have this like real thing we can point to."
Hedged or possible. The snowball is held as possibility, not promise: "that could easily that could be a snowball could be a snowball moment." People "who have seen the declaration" might "got brought in by the visualizations." The visualization "potentially" opens doors. The Time Bank may "just keep kind of under the hood, it might be right."
