What changes
Stated changes. "Directly the Hitchhiker Radio, what has changed is we're now 24/7." That forces a real shift: "we certainly have a need for 24/7 content, which means we have to constantly be onboarding new people," "some of that... agentically driven" via "some AI that sort of weaves them and blends them together" over "an open source archive." Structural change: "it's no longer the internal mice that are creating software... It's now external people are creating software." Game-of-42 diversity becomes explicit "policy," "a set of laws written down": "the ship will not fly unless they follow the policy," so "you have to get some young people involved" (and the reverse). Every track is "credentialed" and "fingerprints," so "any artist that's played can... share that they've been on the hitchhiker radio" - "the trust graph doing its work."
Hedged or possible. "Hopefully we get some energy" to refresh the "top heavy," "older energy" H2G2/Ethereum/open-source base "with younger, positive energy." Radio "won't get it fully done and launched... by September. Maybe we will."
