What changes

Stated changes. "Sentiment about global governance" shifts: it "was bleak" amid "a lot of centralization control based on tokens and models" toward potential hope. "People who start to talk about the singularity will become embarrassed." "The representation has changed" and "the cheapness and speed of doing that consultation has changed," so the planet can "ask those questions and get a reasonable answer for the first fucking time ever." A "skin in the game, deliberative process," not a survey: an assembly "deliberated over the last year," "met regularly 15 times," "selected to represent," outputs "a thoughtful, deeply, sincerely meant citizens led response" you can "listen to" and translate "with the babble fish."

Hedged or possible. "I hope that's what has changed." "This would be a really good way for regular people to see the power of governance" only "if done right." A proposal "might come out" to run an AGM by "gladiatorial democracy," left for the assembly to judge "frivolous" or "fun and beautiful."
