Essence. The constituency-and-stakes question: the field of people for whom this
event matters. Who feels the underlying problem, who benefits, who is the intended
audience, who is moved. It is not the people doing the work; that is Who will be
involved.
What counts. Every named or clearly implied constituency, with the stated reason
they care and any signal of how much. Capture inversions and surprises (a community
expected to be indifferent caring more than the obvious one). Capture the deliberate
scope of audience the group is aiming at for this specific event, which may be far
narrower or wider than the project's eventual reach.
The seam. Caring and benefiting belong here. Acting and building go to Who will be
involved. The effect produced on these people goes to What changes. If someone both
cares and acts, place their caring here and their agency there.
Across the timeline. Early events address a small, hand-picked, whispered-to
audience of fans, sympathetic communities, and a few targeted recipients. By the
far end the circle is civilisational: whole publics and kids, nation-states and
blocs running their own sovereign-AI programs, the media as spectacle, and, by
inversion, the adversaries and even the frontier models themselves counted as
stakeholders (the no-gens relieved at an alternative vision, the labs treating it
as an antidote to the poison they released). Read the circle at its real size for
this event and note which way it is moving, since the hub should show it widening
from a private whisper toward former opponents and non-human intelligences being
counted in.
Two slots: Constituencies. / Nuance or tension.
