Who cares
Constituencies. Two audiences split by the two parts. For the Time Bank / energy accounting: "we care" (the team needs its admin done and "dynamic equity"), "the other mice care," plus "future accountants and lawyers," "people interested in the kind of economic white paper," "the time banks themselves," and the "mutual credit" and "slicing the pie" crowd. The Trust Graph visualization aims wider: "all of the people who have been exposed by the declaration" who find it "too wordy and too intellectual and they just want to see something"; media/event/conference people; and decentralized-web/crypto media "who care because they don't have content."
Nuance or tension. The group concedes the Time Bank is "plumbing" that "not a lot of people will care" about, deliberately "kept under the hood." A surprising inversion: crypto / "token go up" people "will care because it doesn't sound crypto," while "time banking" risks reading as "another hippie project."
