Essence. The qualitative question, the only one about feeling rather than fact: the moments, images, scenes, and phrasings where the group expresses the thing becoming actual rather than theoretical.
What counts. The emotional register in their own words, the specific beat they point to, and who voiced it. Preserve texture; do not flatten to paraphrase. Do not manufacture sentiment where the honest answer is small (early on it was simply step one, just send it out). Realness often leaks into other answers (imagery of a ship launched or a journey begun may surface under What Changes), so harvest from the whole transcript while keeping the explicit answer honest about its scale.
The seam. Changes are what is objectively different; this is what it feels like that it is happening. Distinguish felt-realness (theory becoming actual) from generic optimism or excitement.
Across the timeline. Early realness is small and prospective; later realness may be visceral, collective, embodied (a room full of people, a festival underway, a thing that now plainly exists). The arc runs from step one to fully real, so write each beat so that arc reads.
Two slots: Asked directly. / Texture from elsewhere.
