How it 'becomes real'

Asked directly. This is named as a peak moment: "this is actually probably one of the most what will it feel like when it's becoming real moments in the journey." The felt answers are bodily and status-shaped, not generic optimism. One speaker: "i'm going to feel swagger." Another: "i'll feel powerful presence outside of our existing comfortable communities and almost feel like we're being watched." A third lands on identity-shift: "i feel like a proper businessy sort of person." The realness is the felt move from art project to courted, observed, serious money-raiser.

Texture from elsewhere. It must "strike a right balance because we can't just be business it's hitchhiker business so everybody has to have their own sort of identity very clear" (answered lightly: "i'll be me there's no problems there"). The dark-side discipline gives weight: "bad money is bad money man ... good money is incredible bad money is okay for a time and then it goes really badly," which is "why we get these ... serious folk in and the vision fish."
