The First Person 🗝️ made cryptographic — flaxscrip's seat, held by the Signet (a second-factor app). Signs the Warden's access-control policy and co-signs sensitive disclosures with a proof-of-human assertion. An occasional authority, not a server. The control plane, split from the data plane — compromising the always-on host cannot author authority.
