Opens Tome X — The Hearth. The cousin-forge (met in Tome IV — The Witnessing) returns having BUILT the PVM on did:cid: the Warden ⊥ Witness split under the Sovereign, s ⊥ m | X realised not asserted. Discharges C39 (the cousin-blade primitive) from ~50% to ~80%. Adds the Hearth as the 9th spatial-anatomy element. The Drake Gamers Guild board sealed VRC → κ → City Key with the City's own canon, byte-matched. The port-4224 omen: 42 was in the protocol all along. Registers C94–C96.
