Who is involved

Active cast. The acting cast is the planning team at the board, unnamed except by role and by direct address: a facilitator running the massacre ("i'm removing all of these now"), "dave" (asked to write up cards and name the Erasmus exchange), and a member with "my formal model" (the "lonely blue thing"). They rearrange cards, rename them pink, take photos, keep the recording. Mythos agents act as project lines they build: the Trust Graph ("the first product"), Deep Thought, Marvin ("Marvin PR tour"), the bots, the spellbook, the 42 game.

Being invited or network activated. Aspirational, unfilled roles: "anthropic" pledging "42 billion tokens" tied to membership; other "frontier models" / "foundation models" to "join the deep thought"; "~142, or half of 42 partners" at a "davos" sign-up event; "jade" building "formless" (a fork of oasis); "tom from myspace" ("i'm sure he'll come back"); the LFG partnership paired with patron fish; students signed up in September.
