Who is involved

Active cast. The doers are the core team designing and pitching the event: "we want to design it together we want to test it out" before going to money people. Named mythos agents acting: "quite a lot of robbie and some of the maybe the first vision fish that he picks." The Vision Fish are leaned on again at the close "to really help us" vet money "at every moment." Patron Fish are the targeted-conversion mechanism ("the first two test patron fish" scaled up). The "42 mice" appear in internal AGM prep framing.

Being invited or network activated. An aspirational hire stated as wished-for: "someone who's actually really good at fundraising," imagined as "a really sharp like attractive hot fundraiser and i think it's a girl that joins our team specifically for that reason." Plus "business schools" ("one in leon which is um like art media business school"), "think tanks" and "insurance companies" in "the city of london," and "this firm of lawyers" invited to advise, "sponsor this conference," or "put their logo on this event."
