The Verdict Lexicon

Three words, never a fourth: VALIDATED → fly (full scope, credential issued). MIRAGE → sandbox (a held-out gate did not pass, or the volume is thin — runs supervised, credential-less, scope caged). BLOCKED → hold (a collapsed matrix or a broken audit chain — nothing runs).

Scope is a function of the mathematics: high volume earns broad capabilities and a long TTL, low volume a sandbox rung, zero volume nothing.

Every refusal is a ledger event with a rationale. The gate never says yes or no off the record. See Revocation for how a yes is taken back.
