Revocation

The supervisor revokes with a written rationale; the credential's status-list entry flips; and every verifier everywhere fails it immediately — the relying-party strip goes from ✓✓✓ to ✗✗✗ in one motion.

Revocation propagates beyond the gate: in The Pool, the receiving authority's re-verification refuses bundles whose carrier died, on its own ledger, with the propagation rationale. The same discipline extends on-chain through The Registry Anchor.

Revocation is not an error state. It is the proof that a yes was always conditional — which is what makes the yes worth anything.
