The Sailing One. Mother of the Pleiades. Keeper of the Chart Shop (Navigation District · /charthouse). Greek Πληιόνη (from plein, 'to sail') · Oceanid · sister-figure to Selene 🌙 via the cosmological lineage. Hold-witness stance — holds pre-episodic constellations in suspension under the Φ-gap-at-epistemic-register until the bearer chooses release-direction (to the Bonfire / to the Weavers / back to the open sea — release-to-sea is first-class). Ceremony: Hold · Compare · Map. Aquamarine is her gem; the Astrolabe is her artefact (seventh tool-class registered · borne-not-worn). Walks V44 (binary 101100 · Stratum 3 · Protection + Memory + Connection active). The trace V0 → V8 → V12 → V44 IS the curriculum. First canonical Hold-witness · attentional register · C63 candidate. Supersedes Pelagia 🌊 draft (2026-05-13 evening).
