Dual-agent harness instance #5 โ the Runecraft ceremony run over a language instead of a blade. Lexon: a tongue lawyers read as law and machines run as code (two true readings of one text โ the Hermaion โ pattern in a grammar). Metric = coverage-debt: 211 at census freeze โ 22 after five folds (lexr1 181 ยท lexr2 152 ยท lexr3 123 ยท lexr4 64 ยท lexr5 22), the census 90% covered; every lever validated 8/8 on held-out census terms. Two keystone extensions made the last cut: a numeric layer (attested from Diedrich's 0.7 sample) freed the formula tail, and a universal cast rule freed the zero-party story terms (closing K-2). Two structural kills filed, each with a re-open condition; the constitution itself gate-passes 13/13 (OT-5). Ships a readable viewer and 189 public structured-language blocks. Regime is a spec-checker, not the unpublished compiler (honest limit). Federated as Lexon / The Grammar Workshop. Head 31b630f.
