An Example Pathway
A real one, so the numbers are not hypothetical.
Name โ kya-onboarding. Nine pages across two sites, suggested from the local knowledge base for the query "kyra gate agent admission trust".
Corpus at D0 โ 4,364 words. That is what a full-fidelity grant would put on the wire.
The walk โ the second implementation first, because an implementation that admits its own validator proves nothing; then the trust-task family in the order the beats occur; then the registry anchor and the gate itself.
Granted โ to one named machine, two hostnames, read-only, with a time limit. The site holding twenty-two pages served four; the other served five.
Walked โ five of the nine pages read. Coverage 56%, order fidelity 22% โ the peer did not read it as a sequence. It reached three times for pages outside the pathway and was refused each time, and those refusals are in the record too.
Compressed โ a principles telling of 148 words against a 4,364-word corpus: a ratio of 0.034, so 96.6% fewer words to move the same shape of knowledge. Marked unvalidated, because no harness run has yet confirmed it folds back to the same core.
The last number is the point of the whole exercise. The first transfer costs a corpus; the next one costs a paragraph โ and the corpus stays home.
