  • [D] The board was actually pruned to roughly twelve pink milestones, counted aloud: "one two three four six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve okay we kind of got 12 there."
  • [D] The discarded work is preserved as evidence: "we've got a recording and a picture of it"; photos taken "at each major rearrange."
  • [A] Trust Graph launch in August, with "visualizations" and "marketing" "before it's... effective" (asserted, not yet shown; unverified within the transcript).
