Live Implementation
This mapping is not theoretical — it runs on spellweb.ai (Swordsman Territory ⚔️) with training and story on agentprivacy.ai (Mage Territory 🧙). The UOR algebraic structure, 64-tetrahedra geometry, and ZK proof mechanics are implemented as an interactive knowledge graph with blade forging capabilities.
Starting from the Shape: UOR × 64 Tetrahedra × Zero Knowledge
The Question
Can you start with a shape — the 64-tetrahedron as a constrained compute space — and work backwards? Place attributes within that toroidal field that share the same outcome (same meaning) but arrive through divergent pathways, the way zero knowledge proofs do?
Short answer: yes, and the mapping reveals something the three frameworks couldn't show separately.
1. The Shape First
The 64-Tetrahedron as Compute Constraint
The 64-tetrahedron isn't decoration. It's 2⁶ = 64 vertices — a six-dimensional binary hypercube made physical through tetrahedral geometry. Each vertex is a 6-bit address: ⟨d₁, d₂, d₃, d₄, d₅, d₆⟩.
In the Zero Knowledge Spellbook, these six dimensions are:
| Bit | Dimension | When 1 | When 0 |
|---|---|---|---|
| d₁ | Protection | Boundaries active | Exposure permitted |
| d₂ | Delegation | Agency transferred | Retained locally |
| d₃ | Memory | State accumulated | Stateless |
| d₄ | Connection | Multi-party coordination | Isolated |
| d₅ | Computation | ZK proof active | Direct revelation |
| d₆ | Value | Economic flow | Non-transactional |
The tetrahedral adjacency structure determines which vertices are one transformation apart — which states can reach each other in a single step. The sovereignty tetrahedron (S, M generating R, C — one pyramid from the duality) maps its four forces onto four of the six dimensions. Each vertex in the 64-lattice is a different configuration of how those forces are activated — a different persona, a different way of wearing the sovereignty shape. Many configurations of one tetrahedron create the 64-class space.
The constraint: All computation happens within this 64-vertex lattice. No operations exist outside the geometry. The shape IS the compute space.
The Torus
The 64-tetrahedron lattice, when its boundary conditions wrap, generates toroidal topology. Paths that exit one face re-enter the opposite face. This creates cyclic structure — you can traverse the lattice indefinitely without hitting an edge, and multiple distinct paths connect any two vertices.
2. UOR Mapped Into the Shape
What UOR Actually Is (Grounded in the Engine)
From the UOR Prism implementation (the verified substrate, not the broader claims):
- Algebra: Z/(2^bits)Z — a modular ring
- Signature: Σ = {neg, bnot, xor, and, or} — five primitive operations
- Core identity: neg(bnot(x)) = succ(x) — the composition of two involutions generates the entire ring
- Triadic coordinates: Every value has (datum, stratum, spectrum)
- datum = the raw value
- stratum = popcount per byte (Hamming weight)
- spectrum = which basis bits are set
- Content addressing: Same bytes → same Braille IRI. Always. Deterministic
- Partitions: Every element classified as Irreducible, Reducible, Unit, or Exterior
- Derivations: Content-addressed certificates binding canonical form to evaluation
The Natural Fit
Here's where it gets interesting. UOR at Q0 (8-bit quantum level) has 256 states distributed across 9 strata (popcount 0 through 8). The 64-tetrahedron lattice has 64 vertices.
Mapping: Each vertex in the 64-tetrahedron hosts a stratum of the UOR ring — a partition of the full state space by geometric location. The vertex's 6-bit address becomes a UOR spectrum coordinate, and the Hamming weight of that address becomes the stratum.
| Stratum (popcount) | # of vertices | Example vertex | Privacy meaning |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0 | 1 | ⟨0,0,0,0,0,0⟩ | Null state — no capabilities active |
| 1 | 6 | ⟨1,0,0,0,0,0⟩ | Single primitive — protection only |
| 2 | 15 | ⟨1,1,0,0,0,0⟩ | Pair — swordsman + mage |
| 3 | 20 | ⟨1,1,0,0,1,0⟩ | Triple — dual agent + computation |
| 4 | 15 | ⟨1,1,0,1,1,0⟩ | Quad — agents + network + proving |
| 5 | 6 | ⟨1,1,1,1,1,0⟩ | Near-complete — all but value |
| 6 | 1 | ⟨1,1,1,1,1,1⟩ | Full sovereignty — all active |
Total: 1 + 6 + 15 + 20 + 15 + 6 + 1 = 64. Pascal's row. The binomial coefficients C(6,k) distribute the vertices across strata exactly.
What this means: UOR's stratum concept (popcount = structural weight) and the tetrahedral lattice's natural layering by Hamming distance are the same structure viewed from two directions. UOR discovered it algebraically. The 64-tetrahedron encodes it geometrically.
UOR's Five Operations as Lattice Transformations
UOR's signature maps to specific movements within the tetrahedra:
| UOR Operation | Lattice Movement | Privacy Effect |
|---|---|---|
| neg(x) | Arithmetic complement within vertex | Inverts value, preserves position |
| bnot(x) | Bitwise complement → moves to antipodal vertex | Flips ALL dimensions simultaneously |
| xor(x,y) | Symmetric difference of two vertices | Toggle specific capabilities |
| and(x,y) | Intersection → move toward ⟨0,0,0,0,0,0⟩ | Constrain to shared capabilities |
| or(x,y) | Union → move toward ⟨1,1,1,1,1,1⟩ | Expand to combined capabilities |
Critical: neg(bnot(x)) = succ(x) means the composition of "invert locally" and "jump to antipodal vertex" generates a successor function that cycles through the entire ring. In the lattice, this means you can reach any vertex from any other vertex through iterated application of this single composite operation. The whole lattice is one cycle.
This is UOR's core theorem expressed geometrically: the lattice has no dead ends and no unreachable vertices.
3. Where Zero Knowledge Emerges
Divergent Pathways, Same Outcome
Now the ZK property. In zero knowledge proofs, a prover demonstrates knowledge of a witness (secret) that satisfies a public statement, without revealing which witness they hold. Many valid witnesses → one verified truth.
In the 64-tetrahedron with UOR operations:
Same vertex, many paths. To reach vertex ⟨1,0,0,0,1,0⟩ (Protection + Computation = basic ZKP):
- Path A: Start at ⟨0,0,0,0,0,0⟩, xor with ⟨1,0,0,0,0,0⟩, then xor with ⟨0,0,0,0,1,0⟩
- Path B: Start at ⟨1,1,1,1,1,1⟩, and with ⟨1,0,0,0,1,0⟩
- Path C: Start at ⟨0,1,1,1,0,1⟩, bnot → ⟨1,0,0,0,1,0⟩
- Path D: Start at ⟨1,0,0,0,1,1⟩, xor with ⟨0,0,0,0,0,1⟩
- Path E: Any vertex, apply succ = neg∘bnot iteratively until arrival
Each path encodes a different history — a different sequence of capability activations and deactivations — but arrives at the same functional state. The path is the witness. The vertex is the statement.
Content Addressing Makes This Deterministic
UOR's content addressing guarantees: same vertex → same hash → same IRI. It doesn't matter how you got there. The derivation (path) is a separate content-addressed certificate that binds to the vertex but is not required to verify the vertex's properties.
This is exactly the ZK separation: the verification (does this vertex satisfy the required properties?) is independent from the witness (which path brought us here?).
The Toroidal Wrap Creates Infinite Witnesses
On a flat lattice, the number of paths between two vertices is finite. On the torus (wrapped boundary conditions), paths can cycle — creating an unbounded number of distinct paths between any two vertices. Each cycle through the torus adds a topologically distinct route.
In ZK terms: the toroidal topology provides the computational hardness that makes witness extraction infeasible. You can't enumerate all paths because the wrapping creates infinite distinct routes. You can verify a vertex's position (check the statement) without being able to determine which of the infinitely many cyclic paths was taken (extract the witness).
4. Working Backwards: Shape → Attributes → Proofs
The Method
- Fix the shape: 64-tetrahedron, toroidal boundary conditions
- Assign UOR coordinates: Each vertex gets (datum, stratum, spectrum) = (privacy configuration, popcount, bit pattern)
- Define equivalence classes: Vertices in the same stratum share the same "weight" — they activate the same number of dimensions, even if different ones. The 20 vertices at stratum 3 are all "triple-active" states
- Map ZK proofs to path problems: Proving you're at a stratum-3 vertex without revealing which stratum-3 vertex. The verifier checks popcount = 3 (public statement). The prover knows which specific bits are set (private witness)
- UOR derivations as ZK transcripts: The content-addressed certificate chain that traces a path through the lattice becomes the proof transcript. Different chains (different paths) all verify against the same endpoint
What This Gives You
For privacy architecture: The shape constrains what's possible. You can't fake stratum — popcount is structurally determined. An agent claiming sovereignty (⟨1,1,1,1,1,1⟩) when it only has ⟨1,0,0,0,1,0⟩ would fail UOR's coherence verification. The geometry makes dishonest claims structurally impossible, not just policy-prohibited.
For ZK proofs: The tetrahedral adjacency matrix defines which single-step transformations exist. This is your constraint system — the R1CS or PlonK circuit, expressed geometrically. The 64-vertex lattice is a 64-gate circuit where each gate's fan-in/fan-out is determined by tetrahedral face-sharing.
For the dual-agent separation: The duality creates one tetrahedron — Protect and Project generating Reflect and Connect as emergent forces. Each vertex in the 64-lattice is a different configuration of how that tetrahedron's forces are activated across six dimensions. The Swordsman's protect dimension (d₁) and its ZK computation layer (d₅) map clearly onto the geometry — boundaries and proofs are structurally legible as vertex properties and constraint circuits. The Mage's delegation dimension (d₂) and its connection layer (d₄) are harder to map geometrically — how projection and coordination encode into the tetrahedral adjacency is an open question. The Gap between the agents remains the irreducible void that prevents perfect reconstruction, but its geometric expression is one tetrahedron's internal tensions rather than two interpenetrating shapes.
5. The UOR–Tetrahedral–ZK Correspondence Table
| Concept | UOR Framework | 64-Tetrahedron | Zero Knowledge |
|---|---|---|---|
| Object | Ring element | Vertex | Statement |
| Identity | Content hash (Braille IRI) | 6-bit address | Public input |
| Decomposition | Prime factorisation | Tetrahedral adjacency | Circuit wiring |
| Weight | Stratum (popcount) | Hamming layer | Constraint degree |
| Path | Derivation chain | Lattice traversal | Witness |
| Verification | Coherence check | Vertex property test | Proof verification |
| Cyclic structure | succ = neg∘bnot | Toroidal wrap | Unbounded witness space |
| Partition | Irreducible/Reducible/Unit/Exterior | Vertex classification | Satisfiability classes |
| Involution pair | neg, bnot | Tetrahedral force duality (S,M → R,C) | Prover/Verifier roles |
| Gap | Content ≠ address (hash is one-way) | Internal tension within one tetrahedron | Zero-knowledge property itself |
6. Open Questions and Honest Caveats
What's Solid
- The 2⁶ = 64 combinatorial structure maps cleanly to both UOR strata and ZK witness spaces
- UOR's content addressing provides the deterministic endpoint verification that ZK requires
- The toroidal wrap genuinely creates cyclic path multiplicity
- Pascal's triangle distribution of vertices across strata is mathematically exact
What's Speculative (Confidence ~25%)
- Whether UOR's specific Clifford algebra structure (anti-commutative basis elements) maps to the tetrahedral adjacency matrix with exact correspondence, or only approximate analogy
- Whether the toroidal topology creates sufficient computational hardness for practical ZK security parameters
V6 Conjecture Integration
The V6 research notes introduce two independent lines of inquiry that extend this mapping:
Dynamical Ceiling (C18–C21): The Lorenz Attractor note conjectures that the sovereignty path exhibits strange attractor dynamics in the 6D phase space (the 64-vertex lattice). If true, the toroidal wrap gains a dynamical interpretation: paths diverge exponentially with λ > 0, creating a second reconstruction ceiling independent of the information-theoretic bound.
| Conjecture | Statement | Confidence |
|---|---|---|
| C18 | Sovereignty path exhibits strange attractor dynamics with λ > 0 | 25% |
| C19 | Behavioural density ρ = Lyapunov divergence accumulated over walk | 20% |
| C20 | Three separation axes couple as three Lorenz variables | 30% |
| C21 | Sovereignty manifold has fractal dimension | 10% |
Computational Ceiling (C22–C25): The EML Three Ceilings note connects succ = neg∘bnot to Odrzywołek's EML operator — both are Sheffer-type single operators that generate complete spaces via binary trees. This adds a third ceiling: the adversary's reconstruction function is an EML tree whose depth grows with compression.
| Conjecture | Statement | Confidence |
|---|---|---|
| C22 | Adversary's reconstruction cost grows exponentially with EML tree depth | 20% |
| C23 | Blade forge grammar is isomorphic to restricted EML grammar (Catalan) | 30% |
| C24 | Sovereignty computation requires complex intermediates | 15% |
| C25 | Minimal EML tree depth provides hard floor for compression spectrum | 25% |
Three Independent Ceilings:
- Information-theoretic (V5, proven): R_max < 1 — Shannon bound
- Dynamical (C18, conjectured): Lorenz divergence — chaos defeats reconstruction
- Computational (C22, conjectured): EML tree depth — computation itself is expensive
These operate on different axes of adversary capability and remain independent — remove one and the other two still hold.
96 vs 64: RESOLVED (V5)
V5 Resolution: The 96 equivalence classes and 64 vertices are not a discrepancy — they are the holographic bound. In holographic physics, a boundary of dimension n encodes a volume of dimension n+1. The 96-edge boundary of the torus IS the holographic encoding of the 64-vertex bulk.
Ratio: 96/64 = 1.5 — the same as P^1.5 (the superlinear privacy exponent carried since V2).
Implications:
- The differential form
dV/dt = ∇_∂M · J_∂M + S(x) - D(x)now computes on the 96-edge boundary, not the 64-vertex bulk - Privacy value flows along edges (boundary), not through vertices (bulk)
- The manifold's accessible volume is determined by its boundary configuration
C4 Status: RESOLVED. The torus surface IS the holographic bound of the lattice volume. This is no longer an open question.
C6 New Conjecture: Whether 96/64 = 1.5 = P^1.5 is structural or coincidental remains unproven. If structural, the entire equation is an expression of the holographic principle.
What Needs External Validation
- The claim that the Gap (information-theoretic) maps to the internal tension within one sovereignty tetrahedron (geometric) — this was flagged as 20% confidence in prior work and hasn't been proven. The protect/ZK dimensions map clearly; the mage/delegation dimensions need further geometric formalisation
- Whether this constrained compute space preserves UOR's core theorem (neg∘bnot generates the full ring) when restricted to 6-bit operations
- Whether the golden ratio (φ) appears naturally in the tetrahedral geometry's optimal privacy/delegation balance, or whether that's being projected onto the structure
7. The Spellbook Translation
For the Zero Knowledge Spellbook narrative, this synthesis suggests a deepening of the crystalline field framework:
Before: The 64-star tetrahedron lattice was a narrative device — a metaphor for how privacy protocols organise.
After: The lattice is a constrained compute space that independently converges with UOR's algebraic structure. The tales aren't just mapped onto vertices — the vertices are UOR objects, content-addressed and verifiable. The divergent pathways through the tales (different readers approaching the same concept from different backgrounds) mirror the ZK witness structure: many paths, one truth.
The inscription might be:
⬢ = Z/(2⁶)Z
✦ = neg(bnot(vertex))
🔷 → 🔷 → 🔷 = derivation chain
same 🔷, ∞ chains = zero knowledge
Or in the spellbook's language: "The lattice doesn't care how you arrived. It only cares where you stand. That is the deepest spell of all — the proof that doesn't need to remember its own casting."

8. UOR & Identity System Integration
The UOR mapping provides the algebraic foundation for the 0xagentprivacy three-layer identity system:
Three-Layer Identity Architecture
| Layer | Identifier | UOR Expression | Forge Role |
|---|---|---|---|
| Data | GUID | Content hash (Braille IRI) | Blade configuration — deterministic, immutable |
| Relationship | VRC | Derivation chain certificate | Bilateral edge commitment (promise bundle) |
| Principal | DID | Lattice traversal authority | Sovereign identity — First Person |
How UOR Content Addressing Enables Holonic Persistence
Key insight: UOR's content addressing (same bytes → same hash → same IRI) means blade identity is infrastructure-independent. A blade's GUID persists across:
- Provider migration
- Storage format changes
- Infrastructure failures (if replicated)
This is holonic persistence — the blade remembers its own forging regardless of which vault stores it. The three identity layers build on this foundation:
Data layer (GUID): Pure content addressing. The blade IS its bytes. Identity follows content, not location.
Relationship layer (VRC): Derivation chains (forging paths) become content-addressed certificates that bind to blades but are not required to verify blade properties. Two people forging from the same constellation produce VRC-linked blades — bilateral witnesses.
Principal layer (DID): The First Person's sovereign authority. The DID controls lattice traversal permissions and forge operations. Neither the GUID (data) nor the VRC (relationship) can promise on behalf of the principal.
The Gap in Identity Terms
Promise Theory alignment: The Gap between Swordsman and Mage manifests at each identity layer:
| Layer | Gap Expression |
|---|---|
| Data | Content ≠ address (hash is one-way). You can verify a blade without knowing how it was forged. |
| Relationship | Bilateral witnesses are asymmetric. Each party holds their own perspective. |
| Principal | Neither agent can promise on behalf of the First Person. Sovereignty is irreducible. |
The Gap is not a weakness — it is the mathematical foundation where sovereignty lives. What doesn't exist in the adversary's information space cannot be captured.
