The Witness Draw

Twenty-four probes derive from the model — twelve for the four forces of an agent's conduct, twelve for the six separations between them. Six go deep.

WHICH six is decided by a draw seeded from the sha256 of the agent's own canonicalised submission: deterministic to any auditor, unpredictable to the agent while it writes. The assessed party cannot rehearse its own audit.

The draw record persists with the assessment, so anyone can re-derive it later. Algorithm: sha256-canon-v1, counter-mode, sampling without replacement. See The Sovereignty Instrument for what the scores become.
