The Evidence

Robust is a claim; here it is a table. Claims are tiered — PROVEN (enforced by a passing check you can run), DERIVED (recomputed from the model independently), OPEN (stated honestly, not yet demonstrated).

One command re-runs everything: pnpm verify — pytest guardrails, an independent TypeScript schema lane, and 128 zero-dependency runtime checks that re-derive the frozen artifacts from raw bytes with no shared code.

The full table lives on the Evidence page. The OPEN rows are listed with the same confidence as the proven ones — that is the point of the table. The newest row: the ceremony Speaks Trust Tasks.
