A result exists only where the record survives. Five ledgers, one writer (the keystone โ other seats return proposed entries; append-only ledgers do not survive concurrent writers, GR-10):

The blank templates for all five ship in the repo's templates/ โ copied by tools/new_instance.mjs with their TODOs intact, which the conformance gate then refuses until you fill them. See The Seat Contract for the config the ledgers anchor and The Ten Ground Rules for the rules they enforce.
