Connect with Star
Your VTA, your chosen perspective

The planned connection uses your VTA and the Trust Spanning Protocol to carry a scoped exchange for you or your agent. You choose what is presented; the receiving service checks the request before a view is shared.

This guide has no VTA connection adapter yet. Opening Star does not connect an identity or send a key.

๐ŸŽญ Spellbook Templates โ€” Suggested Personas

Purpose: Pre-configured talent tree selections that serve as starting points for the "Design Your Spellbook" experience. Every template includes the full privacy layer (privacy.soul.md) by default. The seeker can start from a template and customise, or build from scratch.

Product alignment: A spellbook is a skill tree โ€” a template or custom configuration for your agent. What you build on the Spells page (spells, proverbs, skill files) is your skill graph; the skills.md download is that graph as a single package, linked in compression via the spells and proverbs. The soul .md is what emerges when you complete the journey of teaching each spell to your agent and your own reconstruction; that completion flow is in progress on the site.

For the coding agent: These templates are selectable at the top of Section D before the talent tree. Selecting a template pre-fills the constellation, the context form, and the agent alignment. The seeker can then add, remove, or modify from there.

Template Data Structure

For the coding agent โ€” each template follows this schema:

{
  "id": "soulbis",
  "name": "Soulbis โ€” The First Swordsman",
  "emoji": "โš”๏ธ",
  "tagline": "I slash surveillance focus. I enforce boundaries with mathematics.",
  "alignment": "swordsman",
  "domain": "Privacy infrastructure, boundary enforcement, cryptographic protection",
  "question": "How do I build systems that protect human sovereignty from extraction by default?",
  "privacy_skills": ["dragon", "vrc_identity", "promise_theory", "knowledgegraph", "tetrahedral_sovereignty", "uor_toroidal"],
  "role_skills": ["crypto_zkp", "swordsman_browser", "personhood_sybil", "dark_forest", "academic"],

  "coverage": { "skills": 11, "total_skills": 17, "grimoire_nodes": 25 },
  "character_description": "The protector. Sees threats before they materialise..."

Implementation notes:

  1. Templates appear as selectable cards at the top of Section D, before the talent tree
  2. Selecting a template pre-fills the constellation (skills light up, grimoire acts highlight)
  3. The context form auto-fills with the template's domain and question (editable)
  4. The seeker can modify from the template โ€” add/remove skills, change the question
  5. "Start from scratch" is always available alongside the templates
  6. Templates should be visually distinct โ€” each has its own icon, colour accent, and one-line tagline
  7. The canonical templates (Soulbis and Soulbae) should be visually prominent โ€” larger cards, positioned first
  8. Mobile: templates appear as a horizontal scroll of cards before the talent tree
