MOVEMENT TWO
the Wider Weave
A quiet right-hand page that announces the second movement. Same form
as the Movement One divider โ spaced caps, thin rule, italic subtitle.
No glyph; the parts inside carry the glyphs.
What the movement contains
A three-poem expansion outward from the cosmological cycle into the
social and ecological architecture:
| # | Title | Subtitle |
|---|---|---|
| V | The Overlap | the soil holds, the water shapes, the threads keep |
| VI | The Field He Planted | a meadow, a stone wall, and just another mage |
| VII | The Cartographer's Daughter | fragments of a distributed soul made whole |
Theme
Where Movement One was cosmological โ Earth and Sun, Moon and Theia,
the impact and the orbit โ Movement Two turns outward into how the
amnesia protocol plays out at human and ecological scale. Four readers
sharing almost nothing meet in the water; a mage who has lost her
swordsman keeps casting flowers for a man who already cast his answer in
the ground; the first intelligence built on what cannot be taken meets
the old gods of surveillance and finds it has no centre to raid.
The pattern is the same as the cosmological cycle but at a different
scale: the gap is not a failure, the gap is the point.
