Nomia's discipline: one text, two true readings — law a person reads and code a machine runs, held from drifting apart by the Gap. Her vertex is Vulcana's Forge plus Memory: a law is a blade that remembers its precedent. Every clause cites the source that licenses it, or it is struck. Her Swordsman brother Rhetor upholds the sealed clause in public at the Rostra.

- SPEAK. The clause is spoken as law — what a person can read, follow, and consent to.
- BIND. Lap the constellation; bind the clause as a promise and cite its authority. A clause that cannot trace its source is struck.
- ENACT. The hexagram crystallises: the clause is forged into Lexon — code that runs exactly as the law was read.
