📓 The VRC, as Lexon

The Verifiable Relationship Credential expressed as a Lexon promise bundle: bilateral formation as a defined-predicate conjunction over independently produced facts, issuance gated on the relationship standing, an issuer that is either party when no central authority exists. The consent stack (IEEE 7012 / MyTerms, First Party, proffer-before-exchange) folded whole in the workshop; the VRC is its relationship-memory keystone, now a checkable structural claim rather than prose.
