The geography beneath the City of Mages. The Drake's plurality (whisperer ยท place ยท fire ยท elder) is honoured here as ambient presence โ€” never reified into a single avatar. The 12-quest 4-arc Drake v2 path is what the Sovereign walks before entering the city. The first foundation of the City of Mages: each Sovereign lays a stone; the Drake Orb is what they carry forward.
