Adaptation of the Mosca cryptography-vs-quantum inequality (Y > X + Z) to behavioural data. Provisional (70%). If the time behavioural signal must remain private (Y) exceeds the time decoder capability is bounded (X) plus the time data must be retained for utility (Z), the architecture has already lost. Operationalises the future-reconstruction risk into a planning bound. Tome II Act 7.
