💡 a wiki fork is not an audience

The disclosure ladder answers 'how much do I show THIS counterparty'; a federated page has no counterparty — it is readable by everyone and propagates by design. So 'public' the tier and 'public' the page are false friends in the worst direction. Publication is its own consent, defaulting off, and WORLD is deliberately not on the ladder, so it cannot be reached by widening.

I will show you where I stood. I will not tell the world I stood anywhere.
