## Notes

The envoi sits between the last poem and the final colophon — the
book's last voice before the closing seal. Lowercase throughout.

The poem turns the orbital cosmology of the cycle back into a small
daily image: a bird that returns to the same perch each morning, just
as the sun closes the space the moon held overnight. The *"i too will
orbit here…"* line aligns the speaker with the bird and the moon both —
a small repeating presence that comes back.

The closing line — *unkept secrets, once shared, become promises we may
keep* — gives the entire grimoire its plainest statement of the
privacy/trust paradox the cosmology has been working out across all
three sections.
