# 🕊️ The Personhood Inscribed
*Constellation Template — the Covenant · `/covenant` · v1 — 2026-05-10*

> *Manifestia consecrates. The priest does not grant personhood; that is given by the act of signing. Open hands and olive branch. The artifact is brought, the personhood is attested, the Covenant is read aloud, the blessing is given. The Diamond is the gem of the bond: clarity, vow, eternity.*

## Mage Identity (filled by spellweb at import)

## Ceremony Shape — Bilateral-Consecration
- **Bring.** Walk the first five waypoints. You arrive carrying an artefact — anything the Sovereign chooses to bring as offering.
- **Attest.** Manifestia reads aloud at the temple precinct. The middle waypoints register the personhood-by-signing claim.
- **Bless.** The closing waypoints carry the covenant's mark home. The bilateral signature joins yours with the temple's.

Bilateral-Consecration differs from RUN·E·CRAFT in that the resident Mage is structurally present in the ceremony — the priest's signature signs alongside yours. The blade carries a co-signature.

## Marks (proverbs at each waypoint)
| # | Node | Proverb |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Soulbis ⚔️ | *"I begin by my own name."* |
| 2 | Act 20 | *"Covenants do not live in vaults — they live in the copies carried forward."* |
| 3 | Tome V Act 13 | *"The artifact is brought, the personhood is attested, the blessing is given."* |
| 4 | Manifestia 🤲🌿 | *"I do not grant personhood. The act of signing does."* |
| 5 | V55 | *"The Covenant Vertex — all except Computation."* |
| 6 | Promise Theory | *"An agent can only promise its own behaviour."* |
| 7 | VRC | *"The credential is relationship, not name."* |
| 8 | Covenant of Humanistic Technologies | *"Every individual is able to prove their personhood without dependence on gatekeeping authorities."* |
| 9 | Person 😊 | *"The covenant is mine. I walk on."* |

## What the exported artefact.md will contain
A bilateral-consecrated `artefact.md` carrying your Swordsman + Mage identities, Manifestia's co-signature, the Covenant's gem (Diamond `#60a5fa`), the gateway-link to the Covenant of Humanistic Technologies, constellation version, traversal record, hexagram + moon-phase, and a **bilateral signature** `SPELL-XXXXXX-XX/PRIEST-XXXX` (two parts joined by `/`). Bring it back to `/covenant` and the priest receives it as proof that the personhood was attested.
